Working directly with an Australian Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of loan preparation,
submission, follow-up, and settlement. Tasks include the following but are not limited to: Data Entry, Generating and forwarding
Compliance Documents, Ordering Valuations, Pricing requests and actioning pricing requests, Discharge Requests, Preparing and
Lodging home loan applications, Managing loan applications (Loan tracking) until the loan settles, Loan Assessment and Review.
Handling complex and/or urgent requests, Admin tasks like email monitoring, chasing lenders for updates on applications, and
communicating with various lenders
