I currently work with Simpro every day, handling quoting, invoicing, purchase orders, job scheduling, reporting, and data accuracy. I also manage accounts tasks such as reconciling invoices, processing payroll, handling AP/AR, and maintaining financial records using Xero.
Throughout my career, I’ve handled customer concerns, managed workflows, supported teams, and kept documentation and day-to-day operations organized. I’m comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and I work well with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Salesforce, Hubstaff, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
