1. Prepare and coordinate accurate cost-effective wall frames, floor trusses, roof trusses design and layout in accordance with the Client’s estimating guidelines and specifications for Australian, New Zealand and US standards.
2. Ensure accurate document control and timely submission of estimates.
3. Oversee and manage an estimation team to ensure that the highest quality of work is provided to the Company’s customer.
4. Liaise needed information from higher management and clients.
5. Maintaining strong relationship both externally with customers and internally with other teams within the Company.
6. Proactively review processes and procedures with a view to improving efficiency, speed and accuracy.
