I have been a customer service representative for T-Mobile for two years wherein I was dealing with customers, billing, basic troubleshooting and a little bit of sales. I was also a support advisor for Shopify for one year and ten months where I dealt with merchants trying to start their own website or existing merchants trying to improve their online business. I am currently working for a self storage business since September 2022 where I was a customer service representative and eventually promoted to Finance and Acquisitions associate.
