I was a former system support staff member at OMF Literature Inc. for 10 months. My work includes sending the important reports to our branch head, organizing events, and interacting with the customers' needs and complaints.
I've also worked as administrative staff. I've done call-outs or text brigades by reminding the customers of their due payments and encoding their payment status, receiving and handling customers' complaints, managing employees, handling employees' payroll and benefits, handling the hiring process, marketing and posting content about our services on Facebook, and reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
I am computer literate, and I've been an ICT teacher for junior high school. I have knowledge in web design using HTML and free website builders, as I have been teaching the subject of web design to 9th grade for three (3) years already. I am also knowledgeable about using Canva since I've been using it in my class to create lesson presentations, graphic designs, and layouts for school purposes.
