I have been working in the travel industry for over 10 years, and I am currently a Senior Supervisor at Dyninno Group, a global company that provides innovative solutions for travel and hospitality industries. I have a strong expertise in Global Distribution System (GDS), which enables me to search, book, and manage flight reservations for travel agents and customers across different platforms and systems.
In my current role, I lead and inspire a Department of GDS Experts who handle and fulfill leads from travel agents and customers, ensuring high-quality and efficient service, and delivering the best flight options and experience possible. I monitor, manage, and improve the overall team performance and productivity. I also create an open and collaborative team environment, where I delegate tasks, set deadlines, provide coaching, and recognize accomplishments. I constantly seek to improve my knowledge and skills, and to share them with my team and the organization.
