More than 10 years experience in US mortgages, from taking down loan applications, pre-approvals, file setup, lender matching, LOA work, and end-to-end processing from escrow to funding or post-closing
Experience with Encompass, Arive, LendingPad and Calyx Point
Experience running and interpreting DU/LP results
Very familiar with Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, and non-QM guidelines
Experience with different lender portals: UWM, Rocket, Flagstar, etc.
Have a mortgage team I can tap during high volume seasons
