I've spent most of my career applying Real Time Data and Management techniques to help the operations improve their outcome such as managing the inbound/outbound queue and emails AHT.

In my previous role at Prove CX I was responsible for developing and managing the workforce queue.
I also created and managed the schedules for all hourly employees, ensuring that the company had the right number of employees working at the right times.
I also maintain the data needed when looking at the historical reports I was able to maintain and project the forecast real time,
Mainly we are using PowerBI one of the WFM essential tools to monitor different channels and queue in the call center which later on converted into excel files,
