Working online has been something I enjoy doing ever since pandemic hit. I strongly believe in working with integrity and work ethics as I apply this to each job I have landed in the past. With over 5 years of experience in the travel and services industry, I specialize in hotel ID mapping, content accuracy, data quality assurance, and SOP-driven operations. I’ve successfully managed large-scale property datasets, maintained high mapping accuracy, and led QA initiatives that meet strict SLA and performance targets. My work thrives in cross-functional collaboration—partnering with Product, Tech, Content, and Supply teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational excellence.
Prior to this, I spent five years in Philippine-based call centers, supporting diverse nationalities and business lines through inbound/outbound calls and email support. I consistently give my best effort to deliver accurate, high-quality results in data entry and lead generation, and I take pride in being extremely professional, adaptable, and proactive under pressure—often creating new tasks or systems to maintain efficiency and -----------ntum.
To deepen my technical skill set, I completed the Avion School Full-Stack Web Development curriculum, where I learned:
