I have been in a BPO industry for more than a year now, handling outbound and inbound calls in financial account in Life and Health Insurance based in US. I was able to help customers in with their concern about their accounts with us. I also have an experience with data entry wherein i am searching and getting my clients' possible buyer's and customer's information, and input it in an excel file, i was able to get their address, fax number, and telephone number. I also do handle email managing and marketing, wherein i am the one who answer our customers' inquiries and orders, and manage it according to importance and categories of email that my clients received. I also do email marketing by sending email of our products information and encouraging them to purchase. I also finished 2nd year college taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
