I?m a Real Estate Operations VA and Automation Specialist. I help teams keep pipeline organized, clean up property data, and build simple automations that save time and reduce mistakes.
On the real estate side, I support property sourcing, underwriting prep, and extracting key details from rent rolls and OMs for summaries and reports. On the systems side, I build and maintain Google Sheets trackers and dashboards, clean/standardize messy data, and create Google Apps Script tools (custo-----------nus, triggers, cleanups, and Drive folder/link automation). I also set up workflow automations using Zapier, Make, and n8n like email-to-sheet/CRM routing, pipeline updates, notifications, and follow-ups.
I?m comfortable supporting CRMs like GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, and I can also help with admin tasks (inbox management, reporting, documentation, and SOPs). For light creative work, I can do basic Canva edits and simple CapCut trimming when needed.
