My name is Stephanie, but you can just call me Steph. The saying "Believe you can, and you're halfway there" is in line with my life's principles. Sound's like a piece of cake but the process is daunting. However, my motivations are my secret weapon to make new challenges an opportunity to learn and grow. My kids inspire me the most so with family and relationships. Reaching my full potential by developing a new set of skills, discovering new interests, and challenging myself to be a better person are things that make me who I am. My desire to make a positive impact on the work and help others are qualities that anyone who knows me can attest to it. Let me give you an example.I worked as a recruitment supervisor and a team leader at the same time in the ESL industry for five years. I directly worked with the CEO and directors of the company, making sure that all deliverables are met at the end of the day. I also addressed employees' concerns by being a team leader. I also worked as an English tutor delivering English lessons, focusing on improving English communication for ESL students. I've been in the BPO industry as well as a customer representative dealing with customers' concerns in a wide range of the line of business like fraud, billing, shipping, placing orders, etc. My previous supervisor would describe me as adaptable, passionate, and dedicated. If I'm not working, I make time to take care of my mental health by doing yoga, meditation, hitting the gym and just immersing myself in the tranquility of nature.
