I’m a Quality Analyst with three years of experience supporting a US-based travel and hospitality account. Before that, I spent seven years as an Advanced Technical Advisor for a UK web hosting company, where I worked with HTML, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL, DNS, domains, cPanel, CMS installations, FTP, and basic Linux troubleshooting. I’m also comfortable handling email configuration issues and using MS Office tools for daily operations.
On the side, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant for two years, helping with tasks such as growing Facebook engagement, building CSV files for eCommerce stores, and managing products on Magento, PrestaShop, Zoho, Airtable, and Shopify. I’ve also held roles in customer support for a well-known telco company, worked as an Email Specialist for a US magazine publisher, and gained experience in the medical field as a Medical Coder and Intake Specialist.
