I graduated BS Accountancy (5 year course), and have my On-the-Job training in a government owned bank, Landbank of the Philippines. Few months after graduation, I was hired as a contact tracer under the program of Department of Interior and Local Government. Because of it, i have lots of discoveries on what really is the real life. I have developed and acquired skills and etiquettes that are necessary on the work place. After two years of being a contact tracer, I worked as a call center agent for five months - under a tier three financial account (credit card).
In that account, I have put my knowledge that I've learned in my course in to use. It also enhanced my customer service skills and learned how to be on control of my emotions every time, no matter the circumstances are. I am hard working, flexible, and an active listener. I can easily fit in every environment. I am a team player and can work even with less supervision. I put my heart and mind in every task and in every challenges that might come my way. Also, I’m the type of person/employee who never settle for mediocre results and always seek for the most effective ,efficient , and more holistic ways and outcomes.
