I worked for an e-commerce company that sells gears (Winter sports, Fishing, Golf Clubs,Grills, Coffee Equipment). What we usually do on day to day basis is we Fulfill orders from our list of partner merchant , verify the order, looking for the right specs , correct address, if its fulfilled correctly and lastly tracking the orders. We usually provide the customer their tracking number if its already available. Strong verbal and communication skills, familiarize with e-commerce platform such as shopify , using meeting and collaboration applications such as google meet , slack , teams. Payment gateway integration using emburse and basic fraud detection skills.
