at the age of 19 years old I started to be a working student I work from tahanan bistro fine dining restaurant starting April 28 2019 until now I still work from tahanan bistro as a server and now i am officially college graduate so I believe that I am qualified for this position because I have been working as a server for four years and I know for myself that I have learned a lot from my work as a server and I'm passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and one additional benefit of the job is the opportunity to improve customers' dining experiences. we need to learn to use POS because at the home bistro you will experience being a cashier, bartender, server, bussing table, serving, how to properly serve wine to guests tahanan bistro every week they change the position of they employee like 1 server they assign to be cashier , other on assign in bar so every week the position is change so bartending, chashier pos all of this i experience, and the important thing is being front of the house and this is what I learned the most at the tahanan bistro We must not only serve, we must know how to talk to the guest, like we will ask them how was their experience at the restaurant, how was the food, and we must ask if they have any comments or feedback, bad or good feedback, at least we know what our restaurant need to improve not only the restaurant also the server, manager and kitchen staff in this way by talking to the guest or having table checking to the guest we will know if we have provided their needs and satisfactions so that next time they will come back to the restaurant. so i dont have experience in VA but I am willing to learn and also i a fast learner .
