I've been in the Customer Service department for quite some time now. Hitting the marks for the Customer Satisfaction surveys has always been my strength. My first few years were spent in a Travel Account and was promoted to its Elite Plus Desk where we were in charge with servicing the said company's Top 1% clients. I'm good with multitasking and am very flexible. I do great presentations, too. I am good at listening and in fact I do part-time transcriptions for a certain company.
