I’m a Course Operations VA with solid experience managing the backend of online courses and digital programs, primarily using Kartra.

I support course creators by handling the systems, structure, and day-to-day operations that keep courses running smoothly. My work is organized, process-driven, and focused on clean execution behind the scenes.

Scope of work:
End-to-end course setup and management inside Kartra
Uploading, organizing, and maintaining video lessons and media assets
Managing memberships, tagging, access control, revocations, and extensions
Structuring course content, resources, and schedules
Maintaining clean file systems across Google Drive and Dropbox
Tracking tasks, workflows, and production progress using Asana
Creating course guides and resources using Canva
