At Maximus Law, I manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution with a strong focus on organization, strategy, and client experience. In my current role as a trainer, I support and mentor legal assistants while also developing internal training materials, including a comprehensive guide for PI case management. This has strengthened my ability to streamline processes, improve team performance, and maintain consistency across cases.
I work closely with clients to guide them through every step of their claim, making sure they feel informed and supported throughout the process. I coordinate medical treatment, follow up with providers, and manage all key documentation, including medical records, bills, liens, and demand packages. I also assist in evaluating case value and developing strategy to support strong settlement negotiations.
I am highly detail-oriented and take full ownership of my cases, using tools like Filevine and Google products to stay organized and ensure nothing is missed. I thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and consistently deliver reliable, high-quality work.
