With more than 3 years in experience as an Executive Assistant, I pickup up a lot of different skills that will allow me to work with different people in a variety of setup. I have been doing email management as well as calendar management and organizing files for several companies. I am proficient in using CRM's like ----------- , Asana and Trello in order to have a clear image of the tasks given and how to prioritize them in a way that would not hinder my work with other tasks. I have also been doing minutes of the meeting, follow-up with the clients for several tasks that still needs approval. I am really good at Lead-Mining, I can lead mine around 50-100 per day and also in transcribing audio and videos. I have also encountered being a QA for a website where I checked all the grammar, spellings and just look for mistakes, and double checking links to see if they are working. Microsoft Office as well, I have been doing word files, Spreadsheets and even presentations even when I was still in High School so I really have a lot of history making files. Some of my client did want me to create SOP's for their company and onboarding and offboarding processes as well.I am skilled in booking flights, restaurant reservations, setting appointment for renovators to check my clients house, research and looking for a specific car my client wants and mostly personal errands. But I love to build my relationship with my clients, so if I was their VA/EA, they can also count on me to do tasks for them not just in work but also outside of work in order to fully grasp each other's standards and needs so that it will be easier to communicate and solve any problems that arise.I also have skills in running reports for the company, like the number of calls made during the past week, the messages and email sent, the pending tasks, tasks that are completed and even overdue tasks and create a data analysis and see what would be the best solution if any issue arose.With all the experience I have as well as the skills in my arsenal, I can assure that I will be a great team player and also a greater asset that will not fumble amidst the piling tasks that would be given to me.I am well-composed, and thinks critically to solve a certain problem and find resources that will be needed to overcome the situation.
