I’ve spent the last 5 years testing fintech, banking, insurance, e-commerce, HRIS, LMS, web, mobile, and API-driven products. The work I enjoy most is where product risk, APIs, and real user behavior meet: onboarding flows, fraud checks, regression paths, edge cases, and the small payload details that can quietly break a release.
I’ve owned QA for production releases, written thousands of test cases for insurance and digital banking workflows, and helped bring mobile automation into the regression process with Appium, covering roughly half of the highest-priority scenarios. I’m comfortable working across manual testing, API validation, release checks, automation, logs, and defect triage.
At Boost Capital, I test AI-powered fintech systems, including fraud-detection APIs, customer onboarding workflows, and API-driven product behavior. I also use AI tools in my own QA process to move faster: generating scenario ideas, debugging automation, tightening assertions, and building reusable Playwright coverage.
I don’t treat AI as a shortcut around QA judgment. I use it to ask better questions faster, catch more edge cases, and build stronger coverage before something reaches users.
