Hello!
I had 3 months working/training experience in Australia related to ordermanagement and logistic.
My key roles are :
* Process high volume of orders via Netsuite Oracle from order distribution to shipping.* Act as a liaison with Project Coordinators* Create take off from Setout or Manufaturing drawings* Manage stock and inventory* Review and process PO with accuracy and completeness.* Communicate with sales manager for any additional information required or modifications to the orders and shipping.* Track progress of purchase orders including trucking information and delivery status. Manage backorders and allocate stocks from different warehouse.* Create ticket/case for lost shipment, damage, short ship and empty box.* Process refund.
Also has appointment setting experience. I am currently working for a client in the United States, managing administrative tasks as well as setting appointments for their cleaning services. Tools we used here is Workiz, Excel, google sheet.
