Make outbound calls and collect information depending on the instructions given and at the same time received inbound calls fro-----------dical facilities returning our calls made and assist them based on their needs. Document what transpired on the calls and gather the most relevant informations. As claims adjudicator, I am the one responsible for reveiwing the UB04 and CMS1500 claim forms submitted to us by providers considering all state guidelines are being followed along with the insurance policies.
