I’m a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and a USRN for New York with experience in both clinical documentation and medical administrative work. I previously worked in an optometry clinic as a live medical scribe where I documented comprehensive and medical eye exams in real time. This required strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to follow the doctor’s workflow during patient visits.
Aside from scribing, I also handled tasks such as e-faxing medical records and prescriptions, updating patient charts, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with other clinics and insurance offices when needed. I’m comfortable using EHR systems like Eyefinity, as well as Microsoft Word and Google Workspace for documentation and file management.
Because of my healthcare background, I’m very detail-oriented, organized, and used to working with confidential patient information. I’m reliable, easy to work with, and able to follow instructions carefully while meeting deadlines.
