•Ensure the appropriate procedures and practices are followed and maintain the document control system
•Responsible in controlling the flow of the documents in and out of the departments
•Maintain the security and confidentiality of the documents
•Conduct verification of the implementation of the corrective actions/ recommended actions
•Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance issues
