I am Jet Byron Real, a licensed Civil Engineer that has more than three years of practice in profession – dedicated to meet requirements in a timely manner without compromising the quality of my projects. I specialize in the structural design and detail of various structural materials: reinforced concrete, steel, timber, and mixed types with compliance of building codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, NSCP). Has an experienced level in using softwares like STAAD, Etabs, Safe, Sap2000, SpCol, Idea Statica, AutoCad, and Revit. I also have experience in construction management which helped me to have deeper understanding in the delineation of theory and practice.
