Hi, my name is Joahna Rieza Batomalaque. I have a total of 3 years and 6 months of experience working in a call center as a customer service representative. I worked for 3 months at my first company, where I assisted customers with their orders since it was a retail account. For my second company, I worked there for 1 year and 1 month, and it was a Telco account, so I assist customers in regards to their phones and do some basic troubleshooting whenever they have a problem with their mobile devices. For my third company, I worked there for exactly 1 year, and it was a travel account, specifically Airbnb. I assisted customers with their reservations, canceling their reservations, paying for their reservations, and confirming their reservations. We help both guests and hosts. And my recent experience is working as a Collections Representative at Synchrony, we assist our Card Holders in settling their accounts, find offers that could help Cardholders payoff their bill like payment plans, and also assist them in making payments. I am am a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in the customer service industry. In my most recent roles, I have acted as an ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, and have a proven track record of working as part of a team. The skills and knowledge I have built throughout my career would allow me to excel as a member of your company.
With the experiences that I have had, I was able to gain skills such as the ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers and the ability to work under pressure; a high commitment to teamwork; good communication and interpersonal skills; being empathetic, patient, and positive at all times; being confident, friendly, and very keen to help others.
In any case, you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, and I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person who requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
