Hi, my name is Joahna Rieza Batomalaque. I have a total of 3 years and 6 months of experience working in a call center as a customer service representative. I worked for 3 months at my first company, where I assisted customers with their orders since it was a retail account. And my recent experience is working as a Collections Representative at Synchrony, we assist our Card Holders in settling their accounts, find offers that could help Cardholders payoff their bill like payment plans, and also assist them in making payments. I am am a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in the customer service industry. In my most recent roles, I have acted as an ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, and have a proven track record of working as part of a team.
