I do have 8 years of experience working in the BPO industry, resolving customer inquiries related to Cable Services, Home Internet Services, Telephone, television, and Mobile Phone Services. Doing Inbound and Outbound calls, email, and Chat Support. I've also worked as an appointment setter for like 7 months, or cold-called those business leads in regards to payroll refunds or tax refunds to set up an appointment with my senior specialist or boss so we could help companies that were affected during COVID with their W-2 employees. I'm calling, texting, or emailing those business owners to see if they want to take advantage of the government program, and once they're interested, I will go ahead and ask for their availability for a meeting or appointment with our acquisitions manager, then book it depending on the client's calendar.
