The business doesn't fail from a bad product. It fails from broken systems nobody was watching. Late suppliers. Inventory nobody counted. A customer complaint that sat for three days because no one owned it.
That's the lens I bring to ecommerce operations now.
Over the past several years I've managed order, inventory, and supplier systems for Shopify stores that generated $1,321,820.57 across 18,251 orders, hitting a 98.6% fulfillment rate (17,991 shipped). I built one storefront from a blank page, Le Beau Domicile. Hexalty and Valcero, with their own navigation, filtering, and trust sections. I run a separate COGS tracker for a second client down to the cent: $8,673.40 total cost, $48.73 per order, tracked weekly.
I also grew my own TikTok from zero to 1,754 followers and 605K+ organic views on a single post, because in ecommerce, operations and growth aren't two separate jobs. A store with clean fulfillment and no content dies just as fast as one with great content and no fulfillment.
What I actually do for a founder:
Own the order-to-delivery pipeline so nothing sits unassigned
Build the tracker that shows you fulfillment status, supplier notes, and COGS in one place instead of five tabs
Coordinate suppliers directly, so you're not the one chasing a shipment update at 11pm
Set up and structure Shopify storefronts from scratch, not just manage an existing one
Keep customer support response times low during launch and peak volume
I'm not looking for task work. I'm looking for a founder or business owner who needs someone to own a system, not just clear an inbox. If that's you, let's talk.
Tools I work in daily: Shopify, PageFly, GemPages, Parcel Panel, Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, Slack, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude.
