I've got 12 years of experience working across different industries in various roles.
I started in the non-profit sector, implementing child protection and welfare programs, then transferred to corporate, where I worked as a customer support for a fashion group with around $800 million in revenue. During my time there, I earned recognition as a top performer. I was also selected for client observations and was part of a team recognized for surpassing all 6 metrics. Despite being new to the industry, I've been appointed as a team POC who handles escalations. Additionally, I assisted in the training academy as an official POC and was assigned the most challenging new hires. When I transferred to the Social Media department, I became a lead apprentice and started training with the client for leadership.
I then took on an executive assistant role for a COO in a staffing agency, where I created operations and recruitment workflows, SOPs, and proposals. I also managed client campaigns and short-term projects as an accounts manager. At the same time, I work as a Grant Writer for a charity based in the UK, for whom I've successfully generated £128,000 in funding within my first 8 months. I create tailored grant proposals, manage communications with funders, and prepare detailed reports on project outcomes.
I'm the type of person who takes pride in delivering quality work and quick learning. I've got a solid foundation in leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking.
I am now looking for new challenges to further my career growth.
