I am a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with more than nine years of experience which include building and residential construction, hydro electric and solar power plant projects and commercial ports. I have developed strong skills in project documentation, monthly monitoring and reporting, quality control and assurance, quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, reviewing structural, civil and architectural plans and specifications, drawing of as-built, section detailing of plans and rebar cutting lists. My skills were tested when I spearheaded the full design, planning, estimating, financing, and build of our own home in December 2024, delivering a successful result under tight timeline and budget.
I am proficient in using AutoCAD, Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift and currently mastering and exploring Xactimate via YouTube tutorials.
I am friendly and have a strong-willed personality to learn and adopt wherever I go and to work in different industries and infrastructures that can contribute to my growth and to further escalate my knowledge and capabilities through working experiences and unlock my skills in civil engineering works. I have high hopes to learn in different systems of every different industry or company and be able to blend in to the environment and to use my previous experiences for the improvement of my skills, abilities and be qualified for the position I am applying for.
