What I enjoy most about recruitment is the people side of it — understanding what a hiring manager actually needs, finding candidates who genuinely fit, and making the whole process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
Outside of filling roles, I also enjoy coaching recruiters, building better hiring processes, and finding smarter ways to get things done.
