I am currently working with Airbnb for almost 2 years now. I was an ambassador for 1yr and 8mons. My role as a Resolutions Ambassador is to handle complex cases, such as; real time issues, check in troubles, amenity issues, mediation, review dispute, handling personality complex and etc. I was recently promoted as a Subject Matter Expert because of my outstanding performance as an Ambassador. Now, I am supporting agents and analyzing their performance for 2months.
