Works as Financial Analyst in a BPO company which focuses on customer service. My main tasks is to create labor rate dashboards and financial models on which helps the operations on how to maximize each project. One of the most recent projects that l've finished was the Profitability report automation. On this report, MS Excel was used in the gathering of data and Power BI for the creation of the interactive dashboard that will show the management the revenue and labor cost per project of the company.
