Work experience in Process Improvement as Production Engineer
Work with cross-functional teams in Eliciting Requirements for System Development
Measures KPI using available data thru Data Analysis
Able to Work on an Agile Environment that Promotes Innovation and Process Improvement
Make reports based on customer needs (RCOA Reports – Bill Deposit Refund, Good Credit Standing, Increase in Load, etc.)
Knowledge and practice in Potential Problem Analysis (PPA)
Computer Software: Proficient in using Microsoft Offices (including Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook,Teams)
Knowledgeable in ADVANCED Excel and MACRO Excel and can execute improvements thru MACRO Programs
