I used to for Convergys Baguio as an assistant Data Encoder for the Recruitment Office. Although my job description says "Data Encoder", I did more than just my assigned tasks. Tasks such as calling applicants for business changes, updating trackers of other departments, constructing emails for three to six level superiors, and doing initial screening of applicants at the front desk. Whether it is customer service or communication with clients, I am able to deliver most assigned communication tasks. I am really quick to learn and always strive to achieve honor and excellence in any situation. After working for Convergys I also worked in a Private School as an English Teacher and Homeroom adviser for 7 years. My tasks included not just teaching but a lot of classroom, document, and teaching materials management. My multitasking improved and I was able to improve even further my writing, speaking, and managing skills. I also spearheaded events and improved my online teaching skills during the pandemic.
