I’ve worked as an estimator for international construction projects, primarily handling detailed takeoffs for CSI Division 7 (Thermal & Moisture Protection) and Division 9 (Finishes). I’m comfortable reading plans and specifications, identifying discrepancies, and translating drawings into accurate quantities and cost breakdowns. I understand how small design changes affect materials, labor, and overall project profitability.
Beyond estimating, I’ve also been involved in operations — both in our family’s construction and hostel business. This gave me a strong understanding of how budgets, timelines, client expectations, and daily site decisions all connect. I don’t just compute numbers — I understand the business side of construction.
I’m organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. I take ownership of my work and make sure estimates are not just accurate, but practical. I’m also comfortable using digital tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel, and project management platforms to keep everything structured and efficient.
