I am currently working as Project Development Officer III (Legal Lead) at the Department of Transportation as the Legal Lead of the North-South Commuter Railway Project.
In addition, I worked as Legal and Policy Staff of Toyota Manila Bay Corporation. I provided extensive assistance in managing all the Contracts and Memorandum of Agreements between the Company and other parties and acts as a liaison officer for the company. In addition to that, I handled the compliance and processing of the requirements of the company to all local government units and other relevant sectors. I have worked at the City Government of Makati, Department of Environmental Services as Administrative Officer II where I acted as case officer and conducted inspections to noise nuisance complaints; I also handled Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for noise nuisance management; and acted as a speaker during workshops/training to discuss the city's environmental ordinance and initiative. I also worked for several BPO Industries after I graduated college.
Lastly, I have accomplished quite a lot of data entry, research, lead mining, marketing and advertising for several BPO industries. I worked for AT&T as one of their best sales technical support; I also worked for Brady as a compliant support specialist and for Western Union as a financial and billing support representative. I have great understanding and wide experience on how to : analyze goals and formulate marketing strategies; perform inbound/outbound calls (technical, billing and sales); monitor effectiveness of each source of advertising and utilized this information when organizing future marketing campaigns; Interact successfully with people from a variety of backgrounds; manage social media and marketing sites efficiently; gather information of different businesses and organize them on a spreadsheet; and how to provide leadership, direction, coaching, and training.
