I have already worked in the BPO Industry for more than 10yrs supporting travel and lifestyle accounts. I started as an agent helping customers with their travel needs; booking, changing, cancelling flight/hotel/cars/activities reservations. Then I was promoted to an operation supervisor where I enjoyed working with different teams. I am passionate with coaching and helping others improve and grow in the industry.
