I am goal-oriented, chooses to stay positive towards work, can work under time pressure, organized, and focused. I am also willing to learn and does not find it hard to listen and follow which makes me an effective leader during times I am asked and needed to be one. I am responsible and has initiative. I am also flexible and can easily adapt during challenging situations.
