I worked customer service representative in one of the biggest retail companies in US. Few months later I was promoted as an escalation representative handling supervisory calls for irate customers. I answer queries, advise customers, dispute charges, refund, and others. I want to be known as a policy-driven worker who has integrity and is earnest in her job, who does not stop until they accomplish the job excellently.
