I once a working student when I was in college. I worked as an encoder/ field recorder in a government firm in our town. I was assigned in transportation committee for over 3 years. When I graduated from college with a coarse of BS in Office Administration; I d----------- to leave my current job to explore and begin another journey of being a fresh graduate. Fortunately, I was hired as a Treasury Assistant from one of the big media company for over 6 -----------om Accounting to Finance department I was the one who manage the account payables of the company. Releasing cash and checks budgeted to such company transactions. My following duties and skills that apply to the job are the ff:
- Data encoding of check payment details.
- Updating released total and entry daily reports to MS excel and word.
- Collecting receipts and other necessary attachment for tax purposes.
- Liquidating transactions of the company
- Data management filing both soft and hard copy.
- Reconcile data transactions and sending daily reports
- Perform other task given by my direct superior.
My hobbies are arts in painting, drawing and calligraphy, and in music I love singing and a little bit playing guitar. I was also knowledgeable in Stenography and a skilled encoder with a 50/wpm. Moreover, I have an idea editing pictures and video and data conversion.
