In my two years of experience as a customer service representative. I learned how to handle different customer offshore providing good customer service as well as proper assistance regarding their concerns or issues. I'm also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. I can work well even on high pressure level making sure that I could accomplish all my tasks.
