I did market research and recruitment during my stay with Asian Call -----------om July 2003 – June 2007. With market research, it's more about generating leads. During the recruitment process, it’s an assessment of the applicant’s suitability for employment.
With Pearson Vue, it’s a multi task type of work, wherein I do proctoring and work at the front desk or admissions.
For Proctoring, I am responsible for the orientation of the candidates and technical assistance inside the testing room, whenever technical issues occur
While for admission, here kicks in the administrative duties. more on the documentation side. Whenever there’s an issue with the candidate’s identification, complaints and queries, even the purchasing of office supplies, all go to the front desk.
With Ylopo, I am responsible for processing all approved purchase order requests, assisting sales agents as needed, calling the lead if needed, and updating and creating reports.
I am adaptable to any changes and committed to my duties and responsibilities that is why I have an eye for details.
My downside is, I always have a hard time d----------- on a thing because I always weigh first the pros and cons of the situation so I would end with the positive decision that would benefit not only me but the whole team as well.
