I have 2 years of experience as a tax analyst providing support to our accountants. I mostly send emails, pulling out reports from our database, reviewing tax returns and creating new employee profiles in our database. I also have experience in customer service as a call center agent catering to senior citizens who are in need and/or have questions regarding their healthcare in the US. Finally, I am currently the head of our human resources and administration in a small school in the Philippines. I am great at time management and working under pressure without compromising the quality of my work. I can encode in excel, word, and can also do presentations using powerpoint or any similar applications. I also do basic editing and creating of posters using Canva.
