I have been in the BPO industry for 10 good years (7 years with my current employer) and excited to become part of new opportunities that come along my way in the corporate world.
I am currently part of a diverse team that supports client's need particular to planning, scheduling and real-time piece. I mainly work hand in hand with Onshore counterparts and it has been an amazing experience contributing and learning.
