My first job was marketing staff to a housing developer company here in Lucena. My duties and responsibilities are first accomodating and explaining different model houses and prices to our client and answering some question and inquiries if needed in social media or phone calls.
Next is conducting seminar to new housing sales agent, also supervising them through housing tripping to actual model houses. I'm also responsible for housing turn over to client as a representative of our company. As a part of marketing department we're also responsible to report our weekly sales and weekly promotional ideas on how we encourage our agents to be more productive and efficient like quarterly agents incentives, awarding and many more.
