I previously worked as the team leader on bpo. When I'm in charge of the team, I'm happy. I'm happy that I was able to inspire or assist others in finding the bravery to venture outside of their comfort zone. I oversaw a group that provided support for a US telco customer. Additionally, I am proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
