I've been in customer service industry for more than 8 years now, 6 years as a customer service representative and got promoted to Team Leader in 2021. I especially excel at responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, processing orders, returns and exchanges, checking order status, managing team schedules, coaching, sending daily reports of the team's performance and other customer service and team lead tasks. I am fully adapt at executing any tasks associated with the role.
