I'm currently working as a production supervisor at a manufacturing company for hearing aids.
Aside from all the managerial tasks that I'm currently doing, I'm highly engaged in documentation activities. Such as report-making, video editing, posters, and company programs.
I believe that having woken up in a Japanese company, the value of a good working attitude, detailed orientation, and visual management is in me. And also, having experienced working with the European company, I really improved my speaking and writing skills, and it introduced me to how to do and practice work-life balance.
And last, I am a dedicated and hardworking person with a passion to learn and grow in my skills. I am always eager to take on new challenges, believing that it will allow me to succeed both personally and professionally. I am confident in my ability, my strong work ethic, my patience, and my positive attitude.
